Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned as these cannot be re-sold!

If you are not happy with the products you can return these items at your own expense. All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt. After 7 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors, shortages, faults or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Goods may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, sellable condition with all tags intact, subject to the discretion of MatFacture and this will be exchanged or refunded accordingly. All exchanges will incur a return shipping fee.
